Hi Paul, how are you?
I mass loaded, filled your stands with the inert filler
(which hifight sent me) the ATC SCM 7s already sounded good before,
now they are simply wonderful, everything is more in focus and the
bass seems carved in granite! sincere congratulations. P.S. Are the
specific stands for ATC SCM 7 also available in matt white? Greetings

Hi Paul,
Just to let you know I have my 1st F type iRAP 430 x 300mm, trying it out under different
components. It beats the Auva's under my Grimm MU2 and now sits under
my SPEC amp with good results. Ordered a custom size XL iRAP 570 x 320mm through
my dealer. Hope the order came through to you and looking forward to
it.
Hi Paul/Irene,
Thanks again for the prompt and efficient service. Great when you can
rely on this.
The Milan 6 add shelf in Oak with clear glass received this morning and installed within about 30 min.
Regards, John.
Hi Paul,
I think this Icon Signature 750 in Mahogany with the black glass shelves looks gorgeous and I got it for 899 € which was a steal, I thought. It’s offered at 1,200 € now. I absolutely love your designs because you don’t lose sight of aesthetics. I looked around for a long time before I found your offerings. The setup also has to look nice in order to enjoy the music IMO.

Hi Paul,
Just an update in case you’re interested...
I ended up using a paper water cup cone, the ones you find attached to the water coolers to add more filler. I ended up using 8.75 oz in total per post, which by my math filled the posts to about 3/4 high. I love what it did to the sound compared to the 4oz I filled previous. Quite a bit more bass weight without bloat. Highs stayed extended but removed the high end sloppiness. Still “live”, open and expansive but much more tidy. I feel the speakers now sound exactly as they should.
Thank you Paul for all your correspondence over the last several weeks. I wish you, Irene and your company all the best, you truly deserve it. Should you ever need anything from me from this side of the pond, please don’t hesitate to contact me.
Cheers,
David

Hi Paul / Irene,
As requested, photos of my purchased Custom Design ATC SCM20 404
speaker stands as deployed "in the wild", within the [acoustically hostile -P - i.e. "untreated"] room that is my bedroom - where these SCM20P speakers sound pretty darn fantastically transparent and accurate, despite the stands having their base-plates flat down on squidgy carpet, with the subsequent omission of those "glider" feet that I bought from Herbie's Audio Lab, or the supplied spikes..
Thanks for manufacturing and supplying these exactly as agreed, with a decently rigid etc. design.
Should you find any of these images to be satisfactory for inclusion on your website then please go ahead, and perhaps I'll have some better images to follow in the fullness of time, as and when I should finally get my spare room smothered in rockwool, with this perhaps leading to the production of some envious acoustic performance measurements [with these SCM20P speakers and stands ;) ].
Kind regards,
-C
