The Triphonic Speaker stands are a direct result.  A wealth of experience in HiFi Furniture manufacturing, an accumulation of constrained layer dampening and the Intra/Inter Specific Isolation Technology  provide Custom Design with a unique position for a direct HiFi furniture Isolation strategy.

 The Harbeth SHL5 Open Frame Phonic Speaker Stands are built utilising the same Intra Specific Isolation technology as our Speaker Cabinets. Resulting in the worlds first High Mass Open Frame Phonic speaker stand. Design with a balanced isolation technology principle, created by resonance noise vibration being converted to negligible heat built in to the top and base isolation plinths. The laws of conversion of energy state, "energy cannot be created or destroyed, only the change of form". The Intra Specific Isolation Technology system creates Specific competition between the 2 different thickness materials. The balanced interaction of the materials helping to provide a total isolation solution with the calculated different thicknesses. Intra Specific competition is the completion of resonance absorption between the same material. The efficiency of energy conservation increased further by the use of varying thickness, allowing the isolation technology to operate at maximum performance for each materials thickness and resonance frequency.

 The 4 corner satellite supports are manufactured from 50mm x 50mm square ERW BS EN 10305-3 steel tubes, available in the fine Black texture electrostatic powder coated  finish. Combined with the high mass, hand made and hand finished, the 7mm Intra Specific Isolated top and base plinths produce a totally unique, acoustic isolation solution for speaker stand design and support . The acoustic improvements are substantial compared with traditional manufacturing methods and materials. The Harbeth SHL5 Open Frame Phonic Speaker Stands are unique, Intra acoustic isolation technology, designed for our customers who demand and require a more exciting, dynamic performance, for the love of music!
